East Idaho News reports that 35-year-old Mandy Guvench was last seen on Sunday with her two children, Tristan Wright, 7, and Konnor Guvenich, 1, in Weston, near the Utah and Idaho border. Family members are concerned because Guvench reportedly has a mental illness and requires medication.

Police said that Guvench could possibly be driving a white 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Idaho license plate, 1F67643.
