According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, police responded to a report of an unconscious child in a parked car at a truck stop off Interstate 95 on Monday. Responding officers found the child unresponsive, and a day shift patrol sergeant administered immediate lifesaving attempts while awaiting paramedics.
