Thursday Crime Stories: Teen boy Quawan Charles goes missing, found facedown in mud of sugarcane field

Quawan Charles, 15, leaves his father’s home with a friend without permission. His parents report him missing to the police, but no AMBER Alert is issued. The teen is found four days later facedown in the muddy mire of a sugarcane field. His parents are outraged and demanding answers from local authorities.
