Authorities in Wisconsin are seeking an escaped prisoner who was last seen early Tuesday morning running from the Oregon Correctional Center.

According to WKOW, Matthew J. Bohringer, 38, escaped from the Wisconsin prison on foot at around 1:10 a.m Tuesday.

Multiple law enforcement agencies have joined the search for the prisoner, described as a white male; 5 feet 11 inches tall and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green prison jumpsuit.

Police have reportedly cautioned anyone who comes across Bohringer to avoid approaching him, and to call 911 right away.
