Police in Texas have announced that the suspects in the murder of Uber Eats driver Ryan Graham are both 14 years old.
As CrimeOnline previously reported, Graham, 31, was found with severe trauma in front of an apartment unit at Northern Cross Apartments in Haltom City Saturday An apartment resident called police after discovering the gravely injured woman.
It is unclear from early reports if Graham was pronounced dead at the scene or at a hospital.
According to NBC-DFW, police said Graham was delivering food to a customer in the building but never made it to the delivery destination. The customer was reportedly interviewed and cleared by police.
On Thursday morning, ahead of a scheduled news conference, local Texas reporters said on Twitter that the suspects in custody are both 14 years old. The suspects reportedly intended to rob her, and are each charged with capital murder. The victim was reportedly stabbed in the neck, according to a news release from Halton City Police Department.
A friend of the victim told the Fort Worth Star Telegram that Graham leaves behind a husband and three young children.
