MISSING: Police continue search for 11-year-old who vanished days ago

Massachusetts authorities continue to search for 11-year-old Aiden Blanchard, who disappeared on Friday while walking through a Willimansett neighborhood.

News 22 reports that Aiden was last seen at around 11:30 a.m. Friday morning, in Chicopee near Old Field Road, walking toward the Medina boat launch area. Search teams, boats, divers, helicopters and drones have been utilized in an attempt to find the boy, but so far, without luck.

Authorities said at this time, no foul play is suspected. They believe Aiden was near the river and by himself when he vanished.

“All evidence known thus far suggests Aiden was alone and near the river when he went missing,” State Police said Tuesday on Facebook. “Based on the information currently known to detectives, no foul play is suspected at this time.”
