A Texas teenager was abducted this week after her estranged, sex offender father allegedly “assaulted the girl’s mother and chased her with a knife.”
Justin Shaun Gray, 40, reportedly made off with 14-year-old Lexus Nichole Gray Wednesday on foot, according to the Rains County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident took place in Point, the sheriff’s office said, and the pair were believed to be in the Mesquite/Dallas area on Friday.

Justin Gray “is known to be dangerous and wanted,” police said, and Lexus Gray “is in extreme danger.”
Justin Gray was convicted of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in 2009, according to the Texas Public Sex Offender Website. He has a current, active parole violation warrant.
Lexus is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 160 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. Her father stands 6 feet 1 inch and 200 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes.
