Iowa police are looking for a 13-year-old girl they say has PTSD and occasionally has psychotic episodes.

Callista Ryan was last seen at about 7 a.m. Thursday morning in south Cedar Rapids, the Cedar Rapids Gazette reported.

Ryan is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall and about 107 pounds. She has a Ying Yang tattoo with an ax near it on her right arm and was last seen wearing red, white, and blue Reebox shorts and a cropped hooded sweatshirt.
