Authorities in Florida are searching for a woman who disappeared from a medical facility on Monday.

WJAX reports that Audrey Daughtery, 58, was last seen at a medical facility in Jacksonville late Monday afternoon. The facility, which is not named in the report, did not report Daughtery missing until 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.

The report does not confirm whether Daughtery was admitted or an outpatient at the facility, but notes that the missing woman requires “constant oxygen” and medical care for chronic health issues.

Daughtery is describes as a white female with brown eyes and brown hair. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. A clothing description was not provided.
