*FOUND SAFE*: Police Issue ‘City Watch’ for Missing 8-year-old Boy with Breathing Issues

Tennessee authorities are searching for an 8-year-old Memphis boy last seen over the weekend.

According to News 3, Preston Buggs was last seen near the 2700 block of Jeffrey on Saturday with his father, Jerry Williams. Preston reportedly has bronchitis and asthma, prompting police to issue a city watch alert for the child.

Preston was last seen wearing blue and orange shoes, black shorts, and a blue shirt with short sleeves.

Police said the boy’s mother dropped him off with Williams on Saturday, but Williams never returned him home as scheduled.
