A former NFL player is accused of brutally attacking the mother of his child during a visit with their 5-month-old infant.
TMZ obtained home surveillance video which appears to show former New York Jets linebacker Zac Stacy slamming the woman into a television and “body slamming” her into their baby’s bouncy chair.
According to TMZ, the unidentified woman filed for a restraining order against Stacy, 30, after he allegedly assaulted her at her Florida home on Saturday.
“He punched me several times in the head! I begged him to stop because the baby was on the couch just a few feet from where he punched me,” the woman wrote in court documents obtained by the news outlet.”He then picked me up and threw me into my TV. The TV began to fall and he turned to make sure I wasn’t getting up. As I laid on the floor he began to yell at me, telling me I’m destructive. He then picked me up off the floor and off my feet and body slammed me into our son’s bouncy seat,” she wrote.Video shared by the news outlet shows the baby just a few feet away from Stacy and the alleged victim as he assaults her.Stacy played in eight games as a member of the New York Jets, according to the report. It is not clear if he will be facing any criminal charges, or if a judge granted the woman’s request for a restraining order.”I fear for my life and my children’s lives,” she wrote.
