New Hampshire police have asked for the public’s help in identifying a woman who was found dead in a river last week.
On April 28, two anglers spotted the unknown woman deceased in the Merrimack River, leading Bow police and Bow and Hooksett fire to retrieve her body. The woman has been described as being between 30 and 40 years old, weighing 200 pounds, and lacking tattoos, scars, and marks.
“An autopsy was recently conducted, and results are awaiting further studies. Results are not expected to be released until studies are complete, the deceased is identified, and the next of kin can be notified,” Bow police explained in a statement.
Anyone with information regarding the woman’s identity is asked to call Bow police Detective Tyler Coady at 603-223-2950.
