An Australian model and reported heiress has been arrested and charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old child.
According to the New York Post, 45-year-old Savannah Daisley appeared Tuesday at the Waverley Local Court in Sydney on four counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a child between 14 and 16 years old. Bail was reportedly denied due to the “quite disturbing” details in the case.
North Shore police said that Daisley had “unlawful sexual intercourse” with the victim on four occasions on the same day in May 2021. Although Daisley pleaded not guilty, police said obtained a search warrant for her phone and found evidence, including her talking about kissing the boy.
Investigators added that the defendant was highly intoxicated on the day in question, NZ Herald reports.
Daisley’s father, identified as the famous horse breeder Ross Daisley, offered $10,000 for her bail, but Magistrate Jacqueline Milledge said that her ruling on no bail was “firm.”
Meanwhile, police are in the process of getting a restraining order against Daisley, which would require her to have no contact with the victim.
