SEE IT: Alleged Killer Yoga Teacher Back in U.S., Hides Face Under Mask as Police Lead Her Through Airport

A Texas woman accused of murdering her boyfriend’s apparent love interest and then fleeing to Central America is back in the United States, ABC 13 reports.

The television station on Saturday published a video of 34-year-old Kaitlin Armstrong being escorted by law enforcement at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.

A handcuffed Armstrong was led by authorities through the airport and into a white SUV. She was wearing a facemask and tilted her head to cover most of her face. Someone asked if she “killed Ms. Wilson,” but Armstrong did not appear to respond.

Meanwhile, a Texas court set bond for Armstrong at $3.5 million, according to KXAN-TV. Should she post the bond and be released from jail during the prosecution, she would also have to surrender her passport, be subject to GPS monitoring and be home between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., according to court records obtained by the television station.

On Wednesday, authorities arrested Armstrong at a beach-side hostel in remote Provincia de Puntarenas, Costa Rica, after a 43-day manhunt. Armstrong was reportedly hiding at the tropical retreat after authorities issued an arrest warrant in connection with the death of Anna Moriah Wilson.

Wilson, 25, a competitive bicyclist, was found dead from gunshot wounds at a home in Austin, Texas, on May 11. She was visiting the city for a bicycle race in Texas. Armstrong’s boyfriend, Colin Strickland, told police that he and Wilson had a fling last year during a period in which he and Armstrong had separated.

However, Strickland claimed that he and Armstrong later reconciled and that Wilson was just a friend, even though he used a false name for Wilson on his phone.

Strickland also lied to Armstrong about seeing Wilson before the killing; he told Armstrong that he had brought flowers to someone and that his phone died, when in fact he had gone swimming with Wilson and then had dinner with her.

A security camera recorded a vehicle like Armstrong’s outside the residence where Wilson’s body was found.

Six days after the killing, police issued an arrest warrant for Armstrong in connection with Wilson’s death. Investigators believe that Wilson sold her vehicle, flew to New York, and used a fraudulent passport to board a flight in New Jersey for Costa Rica.

Authorities say Armstrong altered her appearance, including her hair color and style. She also had bandages on her face and bruises beneath her eyes because of a surfboarding incident.

Armstrong has retained lawyers from an Austin law firm to represent her.
