Oregon authorities are searching for two small children reportedly taken by their non-custodial parents on July 7.
ABC 2 reports that 1-year-old Nova Millsaps and 7-week-old Artimay Millsap disappeared with their father, Charles Millsap, and their mother, Kayla Spills, from Bend. According to the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), the children could be in danger.
The pair could be traveling with the children in a white Honda Accord with Oregon license plate number, SBD139. Kayle Spills also goes by the name Kayle Millsap.
Anyone with any information about the case should contact 911 immediately.
