On Monday, an employee’s body was reportedly discovered in a kettle cooker at a food processing plant in New Jersey,
The body of Dale Devilli, 63, was found in a cooker at the Lassonde Pappas and Company Plant in Seabrook. State troopers who responded to reports of an unresponsive person located Devilli — who was still in the cooker — according to The Daily Journal.
Devilli’s death is not considered suspicious. However, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA, confirmed to NJ 101.5 that it is investigating the incident.
Lassonde Pappas is a Canadian company that produces private-label juice beverages.
