At least two people are dead and eight were injured on Thursday outside a Nevada casino following a mass stabbing incident.
A person was detained at the Strip casino on Las Vegas Boulevard South, where the reported stabbing occurred. Metropolitan Police Department Capt. Dori Koren told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that a kitchen knife was found at the scene.
Five people were reportedly taken to the hospital. One victim died at the hospital, while one was critically wounded. Two people are in serious condition, the Review-Journal reported.
