Four people were found shot to death Friday morning in an Orlando home after a wounded woman ran to a neighbor’s house for help.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says it received the call at about 4 a.m., WESH reported.

The wounded woman, who was taken to the hospital in unknown condition, said she was shot at the nearby home. Deputies found four people dead inside.

“It’s very early in the investigation and we don’t know whether or how the people inside the home who were shot are related,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement.
