California police say that a missing woman, nationally-featured on “Crime Stories with Nancy Grace,” has been found safe. According to Sacramento police, Aeris Hammock was found on Wednesday. No additional information is available at this time.

Police in California have asked for help finding a 24-year-old woman who hasn’t been seen since Friday in south Sacramento.
Sacramento Police said that Aeris Hammock “is at risk due to a medical condition.”
Aeris is 5’7” tall and 170 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black/white sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and pink/lavender Uggs. If you have any information about this missing person please contact the Sacramento Police Department at 916-808-5471.

She is descried as 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 170 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and white sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and pink/lavender Uggs.
