Police are searching for two men in a green car who allegedly attempted to entice children into the vehicle.
Officials said an incident on January 2 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, was the second time the same vehicle stopped two girls, ages 6 and 7, while the passenger tried to speak with them, WDJT reported.
The girls were riding their bikes on Monday when the car pulled up alongside them. The two men inside were wearing matching green t-shirts, police said, while the passenger wore a black ski mask.
The passenger reportedly told one of the girls to get in the car, but she yelled “Stop!” and the car sped away.
The girls said the driver had long hair and a beard, while the passenger had short black hair and scruffy facial hair. He had red dots on his face and was heavy set, they said.
The same vehicle stopped the girls on December 31 in the same neighborhood. At that time, the passenger said “hey” to the girls.
