A 43-year-old Pennsylvania mother hasn’t been seen since Tuesday afternoon, and law enforcement is “very concerned” about her welfare.
Jennifer Brown was supposed to meet her son at the bus stop in Limerick Township on Wednesday but didn’t show up, WPVI reports.
“It’s literally like we’re living in a movie that we watch on TV, it’s so surreal and unbelievable,” said family spokesperson Tiffany Barron. “Jennifer would never ever just disappear, she would never abandon her son. Noah is the love of her life.”
Police said that Brown’s car, keys, wallet, and work cell phone were all found inside her home, but her personal cell phone is missing. There has been no communication on the phone since she vanished.
WFMZ reported that Philadelphia police were seen at her apartment complex on Friday, and a dumpster there was towed away.
Brown is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall and about 160 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
“Law enforcement is very concerned about the welfare of this mother,” Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele said in a statement, according to WPVI.
Brown’s family has offered a $10,000 reward for information about her whereabouts.
