Michigan teen Adrian Davidson was reportedly found deceased Monday afternoon, four days after she was last seen at her Ann Arbor school.
According to officials, police found 15-year-old Brooks at about 1 p.m. Monday “near the Pioneer High School athletic fields,” Fox News Digital reports. Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) spokesperson Derrick Jackson said foul play is not suspected at this time.
“At this early stage there are no indications of foul play,” WCSO said on Facebook. “The Ann Arbor Police Department will be taking over the death investigation as the scene is within city limits.”
“While the Ann Arbor Police Department is investigating the circumstances of her death, we do not believe there is an active threat to the community. An autopsy is planned to determine cause of death.”
Adriana’s family members last heard from her at around 9 a.m. on Friday when she contacted them on her way to school. A few hours later, some friends at school reportedly talked to her and she said she wasn’t feeling well.
The teen’s father, John Davidson, said she took a public bus to school but didn’t respond to his text messages afterward. He contacted the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department after checking with her friends and going to the school.
Police later found the teen’s phone at the school.
Davidson reportedly said his family needs time to grieve before speaking with the public. Check back for updates.
