Orlando police are seeking tips in connection with a missing teen who hasn’t been seen since 2022.
According to Orlando police, 16-year-old Mya “Shugpo” Brisbane was last seen on July 21, 2022, at her Orlando home. Her mother told police she woke up to use the restroom and saw Mya walking around the house. Her mother returned to bed but when she woke up hours later, Mya was gone.
Mya’s mother said her daughter has a history of running away. She’s also autistic and needs medication, but is considered “high functioning.”

Mya was last seen wearing purple shorts and a Tommy Hilfiger jacket. She’s known to frequent the Ivey Lane area and could possibly have a boyfriend, the Orlando Advocate reports. Orlando police said there is no known information at this time about the boyfriend.
