Household items belonging to the Murdaugh family are expected to be auctioned off on Thursday, according to reports.
Liberty Auction in Pembroke confirmed to WHNS that the items belong to the Murdaughs. The auctioned-off things apparently come from the Murdaughs’ former property in Moselle where Alex murdered his wife and son in 2021.
The auction will be in-person only and absentee bids are not permitted. Liberty Auction said additional pictures of other items expected to go on sale would be posted online on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Earlier this month, Alex was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences for fatally shooting Maggie and Paul at the dog kennels at the Moselle property.
