Maryland police in Montgomery County continue the search for an 8-year-old girl who vanished on Saturday.
According to the Montgomery County Police Department, Miriam Garcia was last in Gaithersburg and could be with her 41-year-old grandmother, Karla Vanessa Martinez, and an unknown male, ABC 7 reports.
Police said Miriam was last seen at her home off Marshall Street at around 6:15 p.m. on Saturday. On Monday, police said she could be traveling in a white van; they previously said she may be traveling in a black Dodge Ram pickup truck with Tennessee license plates.
Miriam is described as standing 3 feet 6 inches and weighing around 115 pounds. She was last seen wearing black/white tie-dye pants and a white jacket and has brown hair and brown eyes.
