Detroit police are asking for help locating the parents or guardians of a toddler found wandering on the city’s west side on Saturday.
The boy, believed to be about 2, was found wandering in the area of Heyden and Cathedral at about noon, WXYZ reported.
He was wearing a gray shirt and a pull-up diaper when found.
Officers took him to a hospital for a precautionary evaluation.
They ask anyone with information to call the 6th Precinct at 313-596-5601.
