The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a 2-year-old girl believed abducted by her non-custodial mother.
The toddler, Kamiya Burnside, was last seen in Knoxville wearing red shorts.

She and her mother, 38-year-old Krystal Kawalski, may be in a white 2016 Toyota Camry with Indiana tag # RIPDDY1.
