Crime Stories host Nancy Grace says accused Idaho killer Bryan Kohberger will likely enter a not guilty plea in today’s court hearing, Fox News Digital reports.
Kohberger will appear before a judge in Idaho on Monday to face the charges that he brutally murdered four University of Idaho college students in their off-campus rental house last fall, as CrimeOnline previously reported.
Grace, who has handled numerous felony arraignments during her time as a prosecutor, said there isn’t “much of a chance” of Kohberger entering a guilty plea, given that his sentence if convicted could possibly be the death penalty.

Monday’s arraignment is scheduled for 9 a.m. PT (noon ET). The court has barred live broadcast of the hearing, but it will be recorded and made available afterward along with still photographs.
