A Missouri doctor remains missing days after he did not show up for work on Sunday.
The Kansas City Star reported that John Forsyth, 49, was a no-show for a shift at Mercy Hospital in Cassville. Police said his car was later found abandoned at Cassville Aquatic Park.
According to KY3, police said Forsyth stays in a trailer not far from the hospital when he works in Cassville. Forsyth is believed to have briefly gone to his trailer after leaving the hospital.
Forsyth’s keys were still in his car when it was found and the doors were unlocked, KY3 reported. Further, his car was discovered in the park’s waste area.
According to the news outlet, police searched Forsyth’s trailer and recovered two cell phones. KOLR reported that Tuesday’s search of Cassville Aquatic Park, which used canines and a thermal imaging drone, showed no sign of Forsyth.
Forsyth was described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and having brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue or gray pants.
