Original Story
Cudahy police in Wisconsin issued a missing child alert for a 6-year-old girl who reportedly vanished from her bedroom Thursday night.
Madelyn “Maddie” Chitwood, according to her mother, disappeared from their home in Cudahy near E Whittaker Avenue, after she went to bed at around 9 p.m. CBS 58 reports that the mother said her other daughter told her that Madelyn wasn’t in the bedroom or anywhere else in the home.
Madelyn is described as a white female who stands 4 feet tall and weighs around 60 pounds. She has short blonde hair and blue eyes. Her family said she’s missing a front tooth and was “wearing her underwear last night to bed,” according to ABC 12.
Anyone with information on the child’s whereabouts should contact the Cudahy Police Department at 414-769-2260.
