A New Hampshire woman was reportedly found dead behind a home in Massachusetts on Tuesday, prompting an investigation.
WCVB reported that an Everett resident discovered the body of Kya Donovan, 18, behind their home. Donovan reportedly went to Everett on Monday with some friends, and her father contacted the police when she did not return.
According to WCVB, there were no obvious injuries on Donovan but investigators have still deemed her death suspicious due to where her body was located.
Donovan’s parents said her purse and phone were on found on the same street as her body, per the Fall River Reporter.
A cause and manner of death have not been disclosed. Donovan’s death remains under investigation.
