Michigan police say the family of a missing St. Joseph County woman is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to her whereabouts.
According to MLive, 73-year-old Marilee Furlong was last seen off Flatbush Road near Three Rivers, leaving by foot from her daughter’s home on May 29. Police said she was seen walking toward Miller Road in Cass County.
“If anyone feels they may have seen Marilee please call; the smallest detail might lead to finding her,” Undersheriff Jason Bingaman with the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office said during a press release.
According to police, on May 29, the St. Joseph County deputies teamed up with the St. Joseph County Mounted Patrol, St. Joseph County Reserves, Michigan State Police, Michigan State Police Canine Team, Michigan State Police Aviation, and the Great Lakes Drone Company to search the area.
The following day, the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office, local fire departments, volunteers, and the Southern Michigan K9 Search and Response Unit from Branch County, continued with the search into the western part of Cass County.
Furlong is described as a white female who stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 120 to 130 pounds, Fox 17 reports. She could possibly have a brown purse with her and was last seen wearing red pajamas.
Meanwhile, police ask anyone in the area to check security cameras, which may have spotted Furlong. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the St. Joseph County Central Dispatch Center at 269-467-4195.
