‘Very unusual for her’: Missing Utah Woman Fails to Return Home, Misses Work

Utah police in Mill Creek are searching for a missing 27-year-old woman considered endangered after no sightings of her since Sunday.

According to the Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake, Vanessa Cooper failed to return home Sunday night and failed to show up at work at the Fashion Place Mall in Mill Creek on Monday morning. Police added that her disappearance is “very unusual for her.”

Police said Cooper was last seen around 1 p.m. Sunday in the Olympus Cove area. She’s described as a white female who stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs around 200 pounds. She has green eyes and blonde hair.

“If you see Vanessa please call dispatch at 801-840-4000 or if you have seen Vanessa call Inv. Blakeslee at 385-468-9858. Reference case 23-92628,” police said.
