CrimeOnline says motion after motion filed by college murders suspect Bryan Kohberger’s defense is “all just a big game right now” aimed at nothing more than “delay, delay, delay.”
“The longer you wait, the less the memories are sharp,” she said on Fox News. “You lose witnesses. You lose evidence. Public interest dies out. Now they want the indictment thrown out. … The indictment is not being thrown out.”
The defense has also filed a motion to ban cameras from the courtroom, something Grace considers anathema. “This is not Russia,” she said. “We have opene courtrooms to avoid wrong doing.”
The truth, she said, is that the defense doesn’t “want a camera looking at Bryan Kohberger. Do you blame them?”
Kohberger is charged with killing Xana Kernodle, Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, and Kaylee Goncalves in their off campus rental on November 13, 2022, as CrimeOnline has reported. Grace has a special on the case on Fox Nation, “Bryan Kohberger: I am BLANK,” which she said comes from the cypher that Kohberger is.
Her special looks back at Kohberger’s history, including drug use and “anger and frustration toward women.”
“It’s scary,” she said. “Sadly, we’re gonna know all this, but a jury never will.”
