On Monday, a Florida man was arrested for allegedly conspiring with a woman to hire a hitman to kill her 3-year-old son.
Miami-Dade police allegedly discovered text messages in which Gamaliel Soza, 18, tried to convince Jazmin Paez to kill her son. Messages suggest Paez, who was arrested in May, may have taken her son to the woods to drown or be “eaten by bears,” according to WTVJ.
Paez used RentaHitmam.com, a parody website, to hire a hitman to kill her son, according to WFLA.
“The kid is the problem, I hope you see that all I ever wanted was to free you. I told you about the kid, you won’t do anything … you do it, and I’ll think about coming back,” Soza reportedly told Paez in text messages.
Soza was charged with conspiracy to first-degree murder and unlawful use of a communications device. His bond was set at $15,000.
