Virginia Man Charged with Death of Woman Found Dead in Car Parked at Hospital

A Virginia man has been charged with the murder of a woman found shot to death in her car parked outside a Fairfax County hospital in April.

Eric Antonio Rubio, 36, faces charges of second-degree murder and using a firearm while committing a felony in the death of 33-year-old Brenda Ochoa Guerrero, WRIC reported.

Police said that Ochoa Guerrero was found dead in the parking lot of Inova Mount Vernon Hospital just before 11 a.m. on April 13. Surveillance video showed that her car was dropped off just after 1 a.m. that day by two men later identified as David Littlefield, 43, and Eric Thompson, 36, through an anonymous tip, WJLA reported.

Littlefield and Thompson were then picked up in an SUV with Rubio and 29-year-old Yuris Pineda Gallegos inside. All four were charged in May with concealing a dead body.

The investigation revealed that Ochoa Guerrero had been killed at a home in the Huntington area of Fairfax County, but they didn’t release any further information.
