North Carolina police have identified a woman who was found dead in a wooded area on Wednesday.
The Fayetteville Observer reported that a man searching for his dog in Fayetteville discovered Crystal Loughran’s body. Loughran, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene, though it remains unclear how she died.
