VIDEO: ‘Entitled’ Teens Who Fatally Mowed Down Retired Cop Laugh at Victim’s Family in Court

Two Nevada teens who allegedly killed a man in an intentional hit-and-run in August were seen laughing during a court hearing on Tuesday.

Andreas Probst’s widow told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that she saw Jesus Ayala, 18, and Jzamir Keys, 16, point the middle finger at her during the hearing. Keys reportedly filmed himself and Ayala laughing after Ayala ran over Probst, 64, on August 14.

“How can you sit there after taking a man’s life and act like such an entitled p***k?” Probst’s daughter told the Las Vegas Review-Journal after Tuesday’s hearing.

The pair allegedly burglarized a home before killing Probst, who was a retired police officer. They are also accused of hitting another bicyclist that morning — and running into a car moments before the deadly hit-and-run.

According to KVVU, police bodycam footage caught Ayala telling arresting officers, “Is it really that serious? Over supposedly me crashing a car?” Ayala allegedly also asked police whether he would end up on the news.

Ayala and Keys were charged as adults even though Ayala was 17 at the time of the slaying. They are scheduled to stand trial in Clark County on September 16, 2024.
