A man was arrested in Florida on Monday for allegedly filming a 10-year-old boy in a resort bathroom.
The victim’s parents reported the alleged incident which unfolded at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in Lake Buena Vista. The victim told his parents that Clayton Snider, 22, photographed him while he was in a bathroom stall, according to WESH.
Snider allegedly denied filming the boy when asked by a family member before law enforcement got involved. However, Orange County police reportedly inspected Snider’s phone and found a deleted video of the victim in a stall with his pants down.
“From the perspective of the video, it was clear that it had been taken from an elevated position over the divider,” the arrest report read, according to Disney Dining.
Police believe Snider tried to delete the video from his phone during questioning. Snider, who is charged with video voyeurism, is free on $5,000 bail.
