On Wednesday, California police arrested a suspect in the death of a woman whose battered body was discovered on Sunday.
The Laguna Beach Independent reported that evidence linked Dino Rojas-Moreno, 26, to Tatum Goodwin’s murder in Laguna Beach. Goodwin, 27, was seen at Hennessey’s and the Marine Room the night before a construction worker discovered her body in an alley behind an old movie theater and Carmelita’s, the restaurant where she worked.

Police did not provide a motive in this case but said it appears to be an isolated incident.
Rojas-Moreno’s connection to Goodwin was not disclosed. He remains jailed on $1 million bail.
