A California woman who was found dead in her home this weekend is believed to have been killed by a man who allegedly raped her child in October.
According to KNTV, Ray Garcia sexually assaulted the child on Halloween in the San Jose home where the child’s mother was found dead on Thursday. Garcia was reportedly kicked out of the home a month ago after he was confronted about the allegations.
The 33-year-old woman, who has not been publicly identified, was found dead by a family member who had not heard from her. She was found on the floor of her home, KNTV reported.
Garcia is facing molestation charges but has not been charged with the woman’s murder. However, prosecutors and defense attorneys confirmed to KNTV that he is being investigated for the woman’s death.
