A Pennsylvania man allegedly stabbed his wife and 17-year-old son to death and seriously injured an older son before stabbing himself to death.

Hanover Police said that Rogelio Arvizu, 50, stabbed 17-year-old Dylan Arvizu-Morales and Guadalupe Arvizu-Morales, 49, Saturday night, fatally injuring them, WHP reported.

After attacking them, Arvizu’s 27-year-old son arrived at the house, where his father attacked him, stabbing him in the neck. The son fought his father off and escaped. He found a bystander outside, who called 911.

Arvizu was later found nearby with multiple stab wounds and lacerations. A bloody knife was found near his body, police said.

He died at a hospital, PennLive.com reported.

The York County Coroner ruled the deaths of the teen and his mother homicides.
