The Michelle Troconis trial resumed on Monday at a Stamford, Connecticut, court, starting with surveillance footage obtained shortly after the disappearance of mother-of-5, Jennifer Dulos.

In court Monday, the jury viewed footage from the City of Hartford’s surveillance cameras, depicting Fotis Dulos and his mistress, Michelle Troconis, driving around Hartford following the 2019 disappearance of Jennifer.

Joshua Quint, who identified himself as an analyst with the Connecticut State Police, testified while guiding the jury through multiple surveillance videos.

The Hartford Courant reports that in 2019 Quint was with the Hartford Police Department, where responsibilities involved scouring surveillance footage from the evening of May 24, 2019, to identify videos with vehicles that Fotis Dulos might have been driving.

Quint’s testimony followed testimony provided Friday by Sgt. Kenneth Ventresca from Connecticut State Police. Ventresca explained why investigators ended up searching on Albany Avenue, following Jennifer’s disappearance, stating that Fotis’ phone was pinged in the area at around 7 p.m. on May 24, 2019.

Quint also testified about the chronological sequence captured in the surveillance footage, which showed Fotis Dulos making over 30 stops to dispose of trash. Troconis, who was in the vehicle with Fotis during some of the footage, claimed she didn’t know what was in the trash bags.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Troconis, who was dating Fotis Dulos at the time his wife, Jennifer Dulos, vanished, is charged with murder conspiracy and evidence tampering.

Investigators believe that Fotis killed Jennifer in her New Canaan garage after she had dropped her children off at school on May 24, 2019.

Prosecutors allege Troconis helped concoct a timeline of his whereabouts on the day Jennifer vanished, and that she watched him put garbage bags with crime evidence into different trash bins. The defendant was living with Fotis Dulos when Jennifer disappeared.

In 2020, Fotis Dulos took his own life after being charged with murder.

Up to this point in the trial, the jury has heard testimony from various investigators who detailed gathering evidence from Jennifer’s residence at 69 Welles Lane, including evidence from her home and garage, and two SUVs.

A significant portion of the evidence presented were blood stains found on her vehicles, the garage floor, and a paper towel roll in the kitchen.

The trial is expected to last around six weeks, in total. Check back for updates.
