‘Other Woman’ Michelle Troconis Showered with Jennifer Dulos’ Hubby on Day Mom-of-5 Vanished, ‘Alibi Script’ Read

On Wednesday, a retired state police officer took the stand during Michelle Troconis’ trial and shared an “alibi script” created after missing Connecticut mother Jennifer Dulos vanished.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Michelle Troconis, who was dating Fotis Dulos at the time his wife, Jennifer, vanished, is currently on trial, charged with murder conspiracy and evidence tampering.

Investigators believe that Fotis killed Jennifer in her New Canaan garage after she had dropped her children off at school on May 24, 2019. Her remains have not been recovered, but prosecutors allege that investigators discovered bags of evidence discarded in numerous trash cans around Hartford.

Retired state police evidence officer Matthew Reilly took the stand Wednesday afternoon and opened an envelope containing copies of “alibi scripts” to the jury, according to CT Insider.

In a previous statement to the police, Troconis said the so-called “alibi” documents, which detailed her and Fotis Dulos’ activities on the day Jennifer disappeared, were created following advice from a divorce attorney.

Jon Schoenhorn, Troconis’ attorney, wanted the prosecution and witnesses to refrain from using the term “alibi scripts,” arguing that it could be prejudicial. Schoenhorn said police coined this phrase for the media and requested that the lists be referred to as a “timeline” instead.

Fotis Dulos reportedly wrote the timeline for them, but prosecutors allege Troconis helped concoct it. She’s also accused of watching him put garbage bags with crime evidence into the various trash bins in Hartford.

The timeline indicated that on May 24, 2019, Troconis started her day at 6:40 am, and “took a shower with Fotis” before preparing juice and scrambled eggs with her young daughter. She then ran some errands before meeting Fotis for lunch.

Troconis’ activities stopped at 5:10 p.m. after she drove to pick up rugs before returning home, more than two hours before police say she rode with Fotis, discarding bags of evidence in Hartford.

Jurors were presented with a timeline note from Fotis, which outlined his activities, along with another document that listed the extensive calls made and received by Troconis that day.

Before her disappearance, Jennifer had become entangled in a contentious divorce and child custody battle with Fotis, who was allegedly dating Troconis in secret at the time.

Fotis was later charged with murdering Jennifer at her New Canaan, Connecticut, home, but he took his own life in January 2020, leaving Troconis to face the legal consequences alone.

Troconis has denied all charges against her.

Up to this point in the trial, the jury has heard testimony from investigators who gathered evidence from Jennifer’s residence at 69 Welles Lane, including evidence from her home and garage, and two SUVs.

A significant portion of the evidence presented were blood stains found on her vehicles, the garage floor, and a paper towel roll in the kitchen.

The trial is expected to last around six weeks, in total. Check back for updates.
