A 26-year-old man and a teen boy were killed and four others wounded early Sunday morning when a confrontation with uninvited guests at a Denver party erupted into violence.
The shooting took place just before 1:30 a.m. in Denver’s Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, police said, adding that there was evidence of multiple shots fired from multiple weapons, according to KUSA.
Police said the boy who was shot does not appear to have been involved in the confrontation, and investigators are working to determine if and how the 26-year-old was involved.
A neighbor’s security camera showed the shootout:
The four wounded victims were at multiple hospitals, one in critical condition Sunday afternoon. Three are men and one is a male of undetermined age, police said.
No arrests have been made, and police did not say if there were any suspects.
Police said they are seeking witness, including any who may have left the scene before officers arrived. Anyone with information should contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.’
