A former Virginia teacher pleaded guilty to sexual acts with a child, Henrico County Commonwealth’s Attorney Shannon Taylor announced Tuesday.
Megan Pauline Jordan pleaded guilty to five felonies for sexual acts with a student at Hungary Creek Middle School during the 2022-2023 school year. She’s been convicted of four felony counts of carnal knowledge of a minor and an additional felony count of indecent liberties with a minor.
According to court documents, Jordan admitted to a year-long improper relationship with one of the students, sneaking into his bedroom on multiple occasions. Her DNA was subsequently found on the victim’s bed sheets.
“During the 2022-23 school year, Ms. Jordan was having sexual relations with her 14-year-old student,” Taylor said, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
“On several occasions, Ms. Jordan would go to the victim’s house and have sexual intercourse with the student. Her DNA was recovered from his bed linens.”
