Police in western Alabama have charged a man with murder after the body of a missing woman was found floating in a body of water.
Sabrina Danielle Harbin, 35, was last seen Tuesday night walking east on Jackson Street in Demopolis. WSFA reported. Police and firefighters searched the area for her with boats, drones, and other equipment before crews in boats found the body.
Police did not say where she was found or provide details on how she died. Demopolis sits on the confluence of the Black Warrior and Tombigbee Rivers. An autopsy is pending.
They arrested Michael Moses Brown, however, and booked him into the Marengo County Detention Center.
