10:45 a.m. Update: The New Hampshire State Police has canceled the Amber Alert, saying the two children were found safe.
According to WMTW, their father is in custody.

An Amber Alert has been missing for two young New Hampshire children believed abducted by their father after their mother was found dead in her Berlin apartment.
Elowyn Duren, 4, and 13-month-old Vaelyn Duren were last seen at about 8 p.m. Thursday with their father, 37-year-old Dustin Mark Duren, in Berlin.
According to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, police found the body of the children’s mother, 31-year-old Caitlyn Naffziger, at about 10:30 p.m., WMTW reported.
Duren is considered armed and dangerous, New Hampshire State Police said.
Elowyn is described as about 3 feet tall and 30 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. Vaelyn is about 20 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Police described the kidnapping dad as 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Hewas last seen driving white 2017 Subaru Impreza with a New Hampshire veteran tag V69023.
Police said the vehicle was last seen around 10 p.m in the area of Concord. Police warn residents not to approach Duren if he’s spotted.
