A 13-year-old was arrested in Indiana after a fatal gas station robbery in Marion.
Marion Police said they found Byron Dennis, Jr., with a gunshot to the chest in the entryway of a Circle K station just before 8 p.m. on Monday. He was rushed to a hospital but later died, WISH reported.
Security camera footage identified the 13-year-old as a possible suspect. The child was found at a home a three- minute drive north of the gas station.
The juvenile faces murder and robbery charges.
