A Michigan woman was found dead at a South Dakota truck stop this week, and a man, also from Michigan, was arrested in Washington state for her murder.

Anthony Harris, 50, has also been charged with improper disposal in the case involving 57-year-old Melody Fae Gooch, DRGNews reports. Both Harris and Gooch were from Detroit.

Gooch’s body was found at the Mitchell I-90 Travel Center on Monday night.

The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation is working with Mitchell police on the case. State Attorney General Marty Jackley asks that anyone who may have seen Gooch or Harris in the area between Saturday and Monday should call Mitchell police at 605-995-8400.
